Madinat Jumeirah, The Arabian Resort

SONY DSC

Madinat Jumeirah, another luxurious 5-star hotel resort in Dubai, exhibited a romantic glow amidst the dark night.

The resort, the largest in the UAE and adjacent to the Burj Arab, was designed to resemble an Arabian town (though apparently more lavish) and offers abra (traditional boat like the one of the left) tours around the complex and a souk (open-air bazaar) for shoppers. It felt like I was in a glorified setting of Aladdin when I was there as the place seemed dreamy.

I'm currently a Corporate agent, a Poker player, and an investor. I have quite a wide spectrum of interests and have been bold in pursuing them in order to fulfill a dream, to feed a curiosity, or to live out a passion. I am usually found to be constantly exploring with my mind or with my feet. Given this medium (your glimpse of my world), I am enthused to express in words and in images a bit of my learning and my discoveries and to hone some raw skills which I hope will display progress as I go along.

    • Thanks for the link. I didn’t notice the frenetic driving in Dubai probably ‘coz I grew up in Manila where traffic gets progressively worse each year and is really like inferno.
